The company was formed on the 20th January 1995 from a management buyout of the Professional Indemnity Insurance account held by 'East Sussex Finance & Insurance Services Ltd' who had been offering Professional Indemnity to clients over 8 years, however all the existing brokers and staff involved with the old company's Professional Indemnity Department, transferred to the new formation and therefore little or no disruption occurred to the clients and 99% of the client base were happy to continue their cover through the new company, 'Professional Insurance Agents Limited', who can truly offer 10 years experience in this field.
Naturally all our existing underwriting connections were more than happy to deal with us and since the original formation, the company has increased it's Professional Indemnity account. For example, this year has seen a 40% increase in new business.
"There are in fact very few brokers who actually specialise in Professional Indemnity Insurance , internet liabilities, and e-commerce insurance and even less who actually own a website design and development company and therefore we can honestly state a full understanding of internet insurance requirements."
